Delivery and retour

Does Newbear ship orders throughout Europe?

Yes! We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. Ordered before 18:00 is delivered next day in the Netherlands. Ship to France and Germany and the rest of Europe is with DPD.

What is your delivery time?

Ordered before 18:00 in the Netherlands, delivered next day! In other European countries there is a delivery time of 2-3 working days.

My order is delayed, what should I do now?

We work hard to get all orders delivered on time, but sometimes errors can occur. We invite you to contact service@newbear.nl if you have any questions!

I want to return my order, how should I do this?

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it. If you want to return the order, you can send an email to retouren@newbear.nl We will be happy to help you with the return. The returned item(s) must be unworn, in the original packaging and returned in the same condition as received by the customer. The buyer must pay the forwarding and return shipping costs when returning the order. Until we have received the return, the risk of returning remains with the customer.
